Before you book

Ibogaine has a documented record of deaths, almost all cardiac, and the risk is higher for people with heart conditions and for people still taking methadone or other long-acting opioids. Programs differ in whether a physician is present during dosing, whether they do an EKG and bloodwork before dosing, and whether a hospital is minutes away. Those differences are what this site records. Read the safety record and the questions to ask first.
